Our beauty is one of the greatest gift god. But many of us get dark circles . Once we get dark circles, we would try many beauty products to get rid of it. But home remedy works the best.
- Grate cucumber and squeeze fresh juice out of gratings. Dip two cotton balls in it and keep these cotton balls on eyes. This relaxes eyes and relieves tiredness of eyes. Considered as the best remedy for under eye dark circles. You can do the same with potato also.
- Apply a paste of lemon juice, tomato puree, orange lentil flour (masoor dal ) and turmeric powder (if you are not allergic to it) on under eye dark circles. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off.
- Drink plenty of water daily.
- Sleep sufficiently.
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables rich in fiber.
- Try avoiding chocolates and sweets.
- Dip two cotton balls in rose water and keep the balls on the dark circles.
- Cut fine slices of cucumber and keep them on your eye covering the dark circles.
- Drink daily tomato juice with mint leaves , lemon juice ,and salt.
- Prepare a paste of pineapple juice and turmeric powder and apply it on the dark circles under the eye. And leave it for 30-40 mins and wash with cold water.
- Massage the dark circles are with almond oil before going to sleep.
- Crush mint leaves and keep it under the eye for 20 mins.
- Mix crushed almonds with a few drops of milk. Apply this paste around eyes every morning for ten minutes.

I am not sure of the cause of COPD emphysema in my case. I smoked pack a day for 12 or 13 years, but quit 40 years ago. I have been an outdoor person all my adult life.
